With Chrome 42 and later, Google has changed the settings for Netscape Plug-in API (NPAPI). Consequently, popular plugins such as Java, Unity, Silverlight, Facebook Video and others are not recognized by default. Salaam TV requires the Silverlight plugin.

To restore NPAPI setting in Chrome 42 and later:
1- Open a new tab
2- Copy/Paste the following entry into the address bar: chrome://flags/#enable-npapi
and then press enter
3- Click on Enable
4- Close Chrome completely and then reopen Chrome. The Silverlight plugin should now load as before.

Notes:
1- In some instances, a "Plugin Blocked" icon (red "x") appears to the right of the address bar. In that event, click on the "x" icon and select "Alway allow plug-in on ..."
2- Both Microsoft Internet Explorer and Mozilla Firefox browsers continue to support NPAPI as before; and do not require any setting changes.
